3. Referral Tracking and Commissions
3.1 Referrals must be made using the unique affiliate link or unique code/coupon provided to you by Bluechip Financial Solutions. We are not responsible for tracking referrals that do not use your affiliate link or code/coupon.
3.2 Commissions are earned only on qualified referrals. A qualified referral is a new/renewed customer who completes a purchase on https://bluechipalgos.com website using your affiliate link or code.
3.3 Commission rates, payment terms, and eligibility criteria are subject to change at any time, at the sole discretion of the firm.
4. Commission Payments
4.1 Commissions will be paid out according to the payment schedule, end of every month but can change as per company’s decision. In such cases affiliates will be informed way before the change. Payments may be made via PayPal, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods.
4.2 You are responsible for providing accurate payment information to Bluechip Financial Solutions. We are not responsible for any delays or errors in payment caused by inaccurate information provided by you.
4.3 All commission payments are subject to verification and may be withheld or adjusted if fraudulent or invalid referrals are detected.
5. Termination of Participation
5.1 Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, by providing written notice to the other party.
5.2 Bluechip Financial Solutions reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program immediately and without notice if you breach any of these terms and conditions or engage in any fraudulent or unethical behavior.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Bluechip Financial Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Program.
7. Modifications to Terms and Conditions
7.1 Bluechip Financial Solutions reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
8. Governing Law
8.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Telangana, India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana. In the event of any legal proceedings, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, and waive any objections to such jurisdiction on the grounds of venue or inconvenience.
